A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Our customer service team closes at 10pm, it is required that all verification is complete 24 hours prior to check in, upon last minute bookings we recommend doing this as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to your check in.
