Fantastic location near transportation and high end shopping/ Harrods
Very clean and comfortable
my booked apartment had maintenance issue one day before my arrival, the property manager Ms. Alessandra contacted me and offered me another apartment better and bigger (free upgrade). me and my family liked it very much. actually it was better than expected. from check in to checkout was very smooth and she was happily responsive when ever we needed to contact her. the apartment was luxurious very clean and comfortable very good location and neighborhoods.
for sure I will book again whenever I visit London.
The property was in an excellent central location easily accessible by tube. The accommodation was very clean, well furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of space for a family or 4. The washing machine came in very handy! Staff were very responsive and helpful with questions and I had a few! The experience made our few days in London enjoyable and memorable.
