Location was perfect, across the road from the beach. The caravan is spacious with everything you need and spotlessly clean. The garden is a great feature, especially if you have dogs, so relaxing.
Great caravan and outside fenced area for our dog. The location on camp was close to all amenities. Great location to explore the beach.

Fantastic location—both on-site and in Brean overall. Very close to the beach and clubhouse, yet far enough away to avoid any noise. We loved the easy access to the beach and enjoyed breakfast at the pub opposite, which overlooks the sea—absolutely perfect.
The on-site facilities were excellent, with a well-stocked shop and three takeaways just a minute's walk away—all serving amazing food, freshly and quickly prepared.
The caravan itself was the best we've ever stayed in—immaculately clean yet cosy, with all the comforts of home. The outdoor space was an incredible bonus: very spacious, with plenty of seating areas, and absolutely beautiful.
We hope to stay again very soon. Thank you for accommodating us and allowing us to enjoy your amazing holiday home—we absolutely loved it!
