The property looked exactly like the pictures. The balcony was a great addition. It wasn’t too cold or too hot in the house, it was perfect temperature. Great location and check in process is very easy
Spacious, simple 3 bed 2nd floor (no lift) flat in a nice area, easy to get into west end via uber/tube/bus etc.
We didnt use the kitchen as it was just an overnight so can't comment but beds etc were comfy. Little bit of noise from the flat downstairs but not a problem. The staff were helpful, letting us drop our bags off early, which was much appreciated when travelling with an 80 year old to see a show!

Great location, lots of space, very comfortable, great hosts.The kitchen wasn't very well equipped- only one mug! Overall, I recomend it :)
Lots of space, fully equipped, close to public transport. Really good value for money. Great communication before arrival . Easy check in. Recommend.
