The caravan is situated on a lovely site. Probably a pleasant 20 min walk into Skegness, Tesco's isn't far away and there's a good shop on site and decent pub where I had steak and chips which were cooked to perfection. The caravan itself is as described and has everything you need for your stay. Made for a relaxing weekend. Second time at 35 Irby Way and we will return!
The caravan is absolutely beautiful 😍 spotless ,cosy ,home from home . Communication was excellent throughout and the added extras were appreciated 😁. We will definitely return.
Only down was the Haven play passes, I thought they were very expensive and not really necessary.
This was an excellent caravan, had everything you needed, it was homely and tidy. The goodies and the lovely bottle of Prosecco was a really nice touch. Sitting on the veranda at night was fab. I would definitely recommend this caravan. Susan was quick to respond to any queries.
One little suggestion, lighter duvet covers, kids were a bit warm, great for cooler nights though.

A lovely static caravan situated in a clean, well kept site. The caravan has everything you need for a relaxing break in Skegness. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and dining area, nice shower and two toilets. Lovely decking area which catches the sun nicely. A pleasant walk into Skeg centre. Great communication from the host.
Stayed here for a couple of nights, and it was a pleasure. Susan has made this a home from home to every little detail and the added extras. Communication with Susan was brilliant and was always available and keeping us updated. Would highly recommend.
