Very clean. Kitchen is fully featured (stove, fridge, microwave, cooking oil, utensils) so good for cooking your own dinner and breakfast if you want a break from restaurant food. The check in lock box is straightfoward. The bedroom feels luxurious with the carpeting and comfortable bed. Has hairdryer which is a nice touch. The TV room with the sofas is a nice place to relax.
Car parking space and within walking distance of the town centre. Decent sized rooms, with good facilities ,including fully-fitted kitchen, comfortable bed, nice shower and large TV.
The apartment had everything we needed and was very cozy and comfortable. Just a short walk into town with a small supermarket at the end of the road, the location was ideal. Although we didn't meet our host (we didn't have a reason to), the information booklet they provided was very welcoming, informative and user friendly.
The added bonus of staying at this lovely apartment was having a dedicated parking space alongside, a rarity in Swanage! All in all a great base for exploring all that Swanage and the surrounding areas have to offer. We would have no hesitation in returning and recommending to friends and family.

The location is great for the short walk into the town, it was handy to have a Spar shop at the end of the road.
A big bonus to have a parking space. The apartment is spacious, the bed comfy, plenty of wardrobe space/drawers and the kitchen had everything we needed.
There are plenty of places to eat in the evening, particularly the nearby Black Swan, but essential to book before your arrival as it was so popular.
