Staff were fantastic. Our son lost his kindle and the team managed to find it and post it to us. Can't say how much we appreciated it!
The accommodation was clean and well maintained. Close to the town. Parking available ( wasn’t that small as some reviewers have put)Shower was amazing. Good communication from host before during and after stay. I left my hair dryer at property which was posted back to me by the owner and she didn’t charge me for postage, which was so nice. I would highly recommend this property and will be booking again when I’m back in Manchester.
The hosts were very quick to help with a minor issue with the TV and sorted the problem instantly. I felt that they were keen to support their guests and make their stay a good one.
Property was perfect for us and had everything we needed
Location was spot on too for both Altrincham and also trams for Manchester
Stayed while having work done on our house. Perfect for our needs and great location.
