Great location for us for visiting family in Axminster. Basic Motel style fine for us, obs near A35 but 'round the back' and also, walls were solid so noise limited. Clean bathroom and towels plus free wifi. The bed was much comfier than it looks and bedding super; 2 great nights' sleep. With a Greggs, a Subway and Londis fine for snacks. Kilmington lovely village and pleasant walk to New Inn for bar snacks. Bright lights(!) of Axminster 5 min drive.

Absolutely brilliant .. only problem it's not sign posted & I was driving all over looking for the place!! Need some instructions before hand to go and collect key from the garage!! Was in room 6
The room was clean, towels and toiletries available. TV and a kettle working.
