Acer Lodge is a traditional Scottish, family-run guest house located on the A90 Queensferry Road, a 15-minute drive from the heart of Edinburgh by bus/car and Edinburgh Airport. Parking and WiFi are free. All rooms have a bathroom with a shower, toiletries and a hairdryer. Other facilities include tea/coffee, ironing facilities, a flat-screen TV and a fridge. A full Scottish breakfast is served every morning in the hotel’s dining room. Special diets can be catered if requested in advance.

The Guest house was excellent and comfortable. Our host helped us immensely by letting us bring our baggage before check in. The room was spacious, comfortable beds, excellent water pressure in the clean shower and the cold water bottles for us was a welcomed addition- many thanks.
The facilities were good and modern. The staff helpful and available. Parking was close to the door. A bus to the old town is literally across the road. A kettle and coffee/tea/milk etc and a fridge were available. A guest book has ideas of what to do and where to eat locally. Downstairs was a selection of books on Scotland that I found useful reading. Carpeted and nice decor. We did not have breakfast there but saw the nicely laid-out dining room.
The room was comfortable, clean and perfect for be our last night in Scotland.
The room was lovely, the owners were attentive, breakfast was great. Lovely touch having a fridge in the room.
The staff were friendly and polite, very clean and well presented facility.
