Location! Charming place! Such wonderful and attentive staff! Definitely stay here again! Affordable and all you need!
Not too expensive and handy for getting to London.
Not sure what all the hate is. Room was clean.. and comfortable. It's a budget place but still had a kettle, tea and coffee with toiletries. Not sure what more you can ask for.
It's basic and functional, and they responded immediately to requests when I had a problem with the TV etc . Some people would hate it but I found it very easy and functional. A nice little pod to sleep in in Kingston.
