I requested a room overlooking the garden and my request was fulfilled, I even said I like the room I had last time and someone looked up my room and put me in the same room, Room 37.
I was delighted. Thank you so very much.
Such a lovely view overlooking the garden and I even heard an owl at about 5am. Delightful.
And then I forgot my toothpaste and asked for a small tube and was given a packet with toothbrush and toothpaste with no hassle and not made to feel bad for forgetting it.
Plus had delicious scrambled eggs for breakfast in the morning. Thank you.
