We all had a good impression as soon as we walked in the front door, there was a fresh clean smell indicating a well looked after property. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was good. We would not hesitate to return for another visit and would recommend Amberlea to friends and family.

Very comfy double bed. Digital clock in the room was handy. Loved the flower pots. Liked the sound of the bubbling fish pond in the back garden. Nice location, everything walkable. Helpful hosts.
I liked the location of the property along with the fact that it offered free parking. The room I had was clean and comfortable. I had a good sleep on both nights. Breakfast was excellent.
