The staff are exceptional and the location is superb! I have stayed at this hotel many times, through the full range of rooms, and keep coming back. I also always try to have at least one meal here even if I am not staying at the hotel. The hotel was fully booked on my dates for this trip so I tried the bothy and it was warm, clean, and very comfortable.
This hotel is very charming and comfortable. It sits right on Loch Lomond in beautiful surroundings. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The restaurant was very good and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Great location. CityLink bus stops right at the hotel. Delicious food at the restaurant. Lovely view of the lake. Nice rooms. Great place to stay if walking The West Highland Way.
Beautiful room overlooking Loch Lomond, spacious, clean. Restaurant was great, staff were great, b’fast included!
Room was small, but nice. Best dinner I've had for a while.
