Staff was helpful, service was decent. Location was good and rooms were big
Central to everything. Just behind the Ritz. i would recommend booking the Ritz Tea time weeks in advance. There is a subway and bus station just next to it. Its a 18 min walk to Victoria station and 24 min walk to Big Ben if you like to explore the streets

Everything was great apart from the mattress which was too soft.
The apartment is in a perfect location and is very quiet. It offers ample space, featuring two bathrooms that include a shower and a bathtub, along with an additional toilet. The mattresses are comfortable, and there are coffee capsules and teabags provided.
I was initially worried about making the reservation due to some reviews, but we ended up with a lovely, fresh two-bedroom apartment on the second floor.
