Arun Sands is around 13 minutes’ drive from Arundel Castle, and with Chichester and Goodwood Racecourse just over 30 minutes away. The town lies around 3 miles from the South Downs, with the vibrant city of Brighton around 24 miles east.

The little extras like the snacks and the cotton pads etc were a really nice touch.
Beautiful clean and comfortable room. Lovely furnishings and decor. Balcony view was perfect for a morning coffee and evening chill. Tea tray and bathroom extras ment we didn't need to ask for anything , however we knew if we did the owner was always there. Fantastic stay , will definitely be going again.
Nice spacious bright room , cleaning staff very nice and polite . Good for those with anxiety as no person facing check in/out. Manager polite on phone and open to helping you.
I did not receive a breakfast, but restaurants were close by
I used this guest house as a base for visiting the Goodwood Revival event, for which it was just about perfect. The station is only a few minutes walk, and the train and shuttle service to Goodwood was a great way to avoid the traffic jams going in and out. My room had a view of the lovely garden, and the seafront and the pleasant river walk are very close by. The host was friendly and helpful, responding quickly to messages, and was very accommodating when my incoming flight was delayed. I would definitely stay here again.
