Easy walk to the train station.
Good breakfast, cereals, yogurt, fruit, and hot food to order.
Simple room, very clean, comfortable bed.
Very convenient to town centre. Across from lovely fields with a view of the castle. Right off the causeway and adjacent to train station. Plentiful, free parking. Nice staff. Comfortable room and bed. Nothing fancy but tidy and pleasantly furnished. Breakfast was lovely in the conservatory, cooked hot to order and also a selection of self service continental offerings. I would return for sure!
Lovely location, perfect for walking into Arundel town center, .. room clean , perfect for using as a base for our break, lovely home cooked breakfast ( just right) very welcoming owners. Would highly recommend ❤️

Since we traveled with luggage by train and on foot, we were extremely thankful for their fantastic location. The beautiful town was just a short walk away.
