The Ashburton House offers fantastic bed and breakfast accommodations in a perfect location in the beautiful coastal resort of Scarborough. Our “Boutique” seaside B&B strives to create a quirky and distinctive feel by mixing the traditional features of a seaside resort within our beautiful Victorian Guest House. Each of our eight guest rooms are unique and have been individually styled, in recent years the whole property has undergone a full refurbishment. All room have their own private bathroom with walk-in shower, all equipped with large flat screen TVs, free Wi-Fi & complementary tea/coffee making facilities. We offer a generous & varied breakfast menu and the property has its own off street car-park.

I've stayed at over 20 B&Bs in Scarborough and this is by far the best. The breakfast was fantastic and every component was cooked to perfection. The owners are lovely, helpful and go out of their way to ensure you have a nice stay. Free parking and a lovely room. Spotlessly clean.
