The instructions for finding the property and gaining access were very clear and easy to follow. The property was as described and in excellent condition. The hosts provided all the essentials including fruit, biscuits and a bowl of sweets. They came to see that we had everything we needed and to see if we had any questions.

Lovely and warm on arrival. Beautifully clean. Homemade brownies and fruit. Fresh milk in the fridge and a good selection of different teas, and other hot drinks.

Great location for us. Fab place and very comfortable . Really lovely touch with all amenities. Shower stuff and kitchen bits too. Would definitely come back again. Would love to come back in the summer and make use of the beautiful garden. Great location for long melford and lavenham and we also went up to woodbridge. Slept ever so well and nice a quiet place.

Beautiful and thoughtfully decorated property, fantastic for our friends weekend. The host were super friendly, showing us around the lovely garden and saying we were welcome to use the hammock etc. Great welcome hamper too with everything g we needed for breakfast! Thanks for a great stay.
