The staff were friendly and welcoming.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was well presented and filling.
Clean, comfortable,near the town centre. I didn't have breakfast because I had to leave early. I couldn't use the car park because my car was too big, but parked on a street close by.

Close to town, very spacious room and bathroom with lovely soft towels. Sarah was really nice and welcoming as was the chef who cooked a delicious breakfast the best I've tasted in a very long time.
The Avenue is perfectly located 3 mins walk from the delightful town centre of Bakewell with a good selection of bars and restaurants and local bus services very close by.The property was spotlessly clean and very warm and welcoming and very quiet at nights despite being situated on the A6.Sarah the proprietor was an excellent and helpful host and provided a lovely breakfast of delicious locally sourced ingredients and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again !.
