Updated nicely. Staff was great with every interaction. Good vibe and a heated bathroom floor!!
Great location to and fro Piccadilly and Buckingham Palace. I like the security and safety inside the apartment.
Good location close to Euston & Kings Cross and easy walk to Covent Garden & Drury Lane. Quiet area. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped.
Location was terrific, as always, between Russell Square and King’s Cross, where we have stayed routinely for decades. Ideal access to subways and trains, the Waitrose grocery at the Brunswick Centre, the British Museum, and so much more. Bruno, the manager, was wonderful to deal with before and during our 6-night stay: prompt, responsive and friendly.
Our third-floor unit was very clean and exceptionally quiet. It was modern, had a comfortable bed, and was reasonably spacious for London. Room servicing occurred every 2 days, which was appreciated and unexpected.
Very close to St. Pancras Station and the place is clean.
