Quirky decor, room was big, comfortable bed, large bathtub and even a make up station with light up mirror!
The room and services were just as described, and the staff were really luvly and helpful.
Hotel was clean, good sized bathroom, tea & coffee facilities in the room and I felt safe.
I LOVED that my room had a bathtub because after a long day of walking and transit connections, there is nothing like soaking in a warm bath.
Staff were courteous and helpful.
The staff was very friendly i find the hotels in the black country much better the hotel staff are much more personable and have great hospitality
