Directly facing an award-winning beach, on Eastbourne's Royal Parade, Beach Front Guest House provides bed and breakfast accommodations right on the Eastbourne seafront. The location was brilliant clean tidy room. Breakfast was excellent and the honesty bar a bonus.A very comfortable stay and a lovely lounge area with seating in the window overlooking the front. Karen who works here is so friendly we had a nice chat with her so down to earth and a bubbly character
What a gem. Immaculately clean, lovely facilities and an incredible breakfast. The Beach Front Guest House is a real find.
It was very well located right on the seafront and was very cosy just as you would expect a B&B to be.
Views from our room of the sea were awesome. Breakfast first rate. Service was attentive at all times
Breakfast was great and the host was very friendly and volunteered to suggest us a few dining options along with the transport route to Brighton which was our next destination.
