Location perfect right by the beach shops cafes etc

Perfect location at the centre and low altitude in Lyme Regis. The Appartment is stunning, in very good, renovated condition, featuring everything of need for a stay. Kitchen equiped very well for easy breakfast preparations, nice place for breakfast at the window. Bathroom large enough for our needs and the sleeping area was convinient and relaxing for us. Also it was quite calm, except the complaining sea gulls

The location is amazing, 2 mins from the beach, the views are lovely, it was just right for me and my little one.

This "Attic Room" conversion is an Apartment that has a bedroom area with shower room and toilet. There is also a kitchen area and living/dining area. The quality of this build is exceptional and everthing looks brand new and clean. There was a small supply of tea, coffee and sugar as well as a little gift of wine, fudge and cookies. There is a large fridge, cooker, toaster and kettle with enough cutlery, cups and plates to use on a daily basis. The views from the 5 Velux windows are amazing and when closed kept out any noise and light.

Great location, very comfortable, everything we needed. Didn't feel too hot even in really hot weather, through breeze really good.
