The family-run Bellevue Guest House Edinburgh is close to Holyrood Palace and just over a quarter mile from the Royal Commonwealth Swimming Pool. Buses stop nearby and head into the center of the city. Bellevue has been restored to offer guests traditional charm and modern facilities. All rooms have private bathrooms.

The location with the bus stop steps away was a game-changer for getting around the city. I enjoyed the size of the room, comfy beds, and the included (free) breakfast. The host was very nice and accommodating too.

In a great location right next to the bus stop. The lady running the place is so kind. Breakfast each morning was perfect. The room we stayed in was very large with plenty of space for three people’s things.
