The location and look of the hotel is nice but the many flaws of the hotel overlook these few positives The staff didn’t have clue what they were doing, they put us in the same room as another person Which was really awkward and when we tried to explain they were really rude. No elevator In the facility so If you are staying on the floors above and you have heavy luggage it’s a struggle. The rooms are extremely cold and heating in our room didn’t work, neither did the tv or radio. The location is in the middle of no where which depending on the person and the length of stay can be a good or bad thing. Overall terrible experience, would never recommend this hotel not even to my worst enemy.
