The staff were the loviest people we’ve ever met. Constantly checking to see if our girls were okay, making conversations with all of our group, helping us when one of our girls had an accident. All our problems were solved instantly. The staff definitely made the trip for us. Location was good, it isn’t too far from anything. Easy to access and parking was good - we parked right outside our room.
Fantastic stay. Room large and serviced every day of the stay (unlike a lot of hotels these days). Food great, drinks good value and staff exceptional. What more could you want?
Clean. Good breakfast and evening meal. Staff were busy but excellent at all times.
Value for money, very clean, comfortable room. Staff were very friendly and the food was very nice and lots of it. Was looking forward to the spa but this was closed. Over all had a very pleasant night.
Lovely comfortable and quite room great bed and this hotel has a great chef.
