Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and well equipped

Very reasonable price for a nice looking room, great service, brill location for what we needed. There was a noisy school trip in but that was no fault of the hotel.

It was conveniently located off the m1 into london. The clientele at this hotel seen to be aggressive. There was a lot off people from a party arguing with staff. The party people even asked us what we are doing there. They acted like they own the hotel. I even asked if the hotel has same owners as 5 years ago when I last stayed here. Feel sorry for staff. The staff could not find our booking although we paid in advice months ahead. I think maybe the party people gave them a hard time. We had to wait so they could arrange and room and find booking. They gave us excuses but all we wanted was to sleep. .. disappointed
