Nice hotel, great location and nice staff, the room was clean.
Such well trained and polite staff - and particularly a very genuine and helpful welcome on arrival
at reception. Excellent food and a great menu.
Nice friendly greeting by reception, beautiful clean and comfortable rooms.
Good free car parking with only a 15 min walk to Ironbridge, unfortunately the flood barriers were up so the riverside walk was closed, which meant a few steep hills had to be negotiated.
Most of the staff were polite, professional and friendly.

Excellent breakfast 10/10 - wedding on site was very well managed by on site organisers - comfortable bed - AC in room was amazing - heard nothing in the hotel even when full - friendly staff - respectful residents - Great selection of drinks at the bar
