Lovely spacious flat, cosy and homely. Nice sea views.
We stayed in Sam's flat for a short family holiday, and loved it. It is really spacious, light and airy, and is comfortably furnished. The location is great for visiting Bexhill (everything is walkable) and also other places along the coast, as it is so close to the train station. Sam is really friendly and was great at communicating with us. I highly recommend this place.

As soon as we walked in, we loved it! Comfy decor, good size beds and rooms. We extended our stay from 1 night to 3. Easy walk to a good range of nice restaurants, train station
and shopping. The host was lovely, friendly and very helpful.
