The accommodation was superb. Clean, tidy, all the facilities we needed and some lovely, thoughtful added extras. Breakfast was lovely. The host was very easy to communicate with and incredibly accommodating and flexible. Couldn’t rate more highly.

The guest house is located at the back of Falmouth Arms, so you basically have the entire back wall of this pub facing you. BUT this is NOT a turn-off as the property is an attractive, full of character centuries-old building. We also liked the location (only 6m from Truro city centre) being quiet despite it being situated near the road side. The proprietor is also nice and friendly and made every effort to make our stay comfortable. There is also safe parking spaces. The family room we stayed has enough space for us to hang around and not be on each other's feet. There is also plenty of tea, coffee and fresh milk in the fridge inside the wardrobe :) -- ingenious!

Lovely location, and lovely old building retaining character but meeting all requirements for today's expectations. We stayed in the suite, well furnished with TV and bath or shower for each room, plus proper beds (not sofa beds or pull-outs) so we all slept well. Having a small fridge with fresh milk was an added bonus. Great to find accomodation for 4 adults as opposed to a family room. We were taking our son to start university so did not have time to explore the surroundings, but the countryside appeared beautiful. Neil was very helpful with sorting out our booking before arrival.

Didn't require breakfast. Location was perfect for us. Quiet, easy to get to places. Beautiful home and hosts very comfy bed and room.
