Really spacious, well equipped, beds were comfortable, the temperature in the apt was great, excellent location!!
Location is great and very accessible. For asian travellers like me, a lot of asian restaurants around if you do miss food from home. It’s a few minutes walk to the station, to the stadium. I saw from previous comments about the noice, it was quite tolerable during my stay. It was just people passing by, that’s all.
The living room and kitchen were great. We enjoyed having a washer/dryer. The location was wonderful for walking all over and access to train and metro.
I was amazed to discover that the photos are entirely indicative of the property. I felt like it would be a given that there was no way the place could be that lovely, so imagine my surprise when I discovered that the photos didn't do the place justice. Located in the heart of the greatest city on earth, you are within walking distance of everything you could desire.
From the moment we made contact, Rachel did everything that she could to make sure my stay was as comfortable as it could possibly be. Even though I arrived later than expected, Claire went out of her way to come to the property asap so that I may finally drop my luggage off and begin exploring both the property and that incredible city.
The original property when we arrived had an issue with the lift unable to stay there due to mobility issues with no lift working, the guy who took us to other property was so helpful and kind, this property was a better location and surrounding area lobby corridor etc much better.
