Great location with few minutes walk to city centre, the room is very clean and well setup with all the things we need as a family. Two bedrooms two bathrooms. Parking is right on the other side of the road. The staff responded quickly to our needs, but please be reminded that their office closes at around 5.00-5.30pm but the staff are approachable by phone.
The apartment door/entrance is right under the sign named Bootham House hanging on the wall.

This is a wonderful property located right outside the city walls with a site of the Minster from the living room windows. Could not have been better! Special recognition for the property management team Welcome Lets York which is close to the property and came to my rescue when there were some email issues. They were very gracious and accommodating, which was very appreciated.
Luxurious accommodation in a perfect location to discover York. Loved the 2 bathrooms and view of York Minster. Bedding, towels and presentation were pristine. Would recommend in winter or cooler weather.
