This was a great place to stay for our long weekend in Cornwall. We wanted to visit Tintagle and it was just down the road close to a beautiful beach and not far from Boscastle where we found a great Sunday carvery.
I wasn't really sure what to expect as the photos made it look like it was a log cabin but actually it was like a caravan wearing a log cabin suit. This is in no way a bad thing as it meant that it had everything we needed and was warm and dry on what was the only bad weather weekend in July this year (typical!). I paid a bit more for the cabin with a hot tub and it was well worth it as we used it morning and evening. There was one parking space next to the accommodation and other spaces a bit further away if needed. I would love to come back and spend more time walking around the area as it looked lovely. It is close to the coast path but the wind while we were there or me off, next time!🤞
My entire stay was amazing! There was nothing to dislike. The host provided everything needed for a comfortable and hassle free stay. The cleanliness and ambiance of the place were absolutely 10/10. If you’re planning to visit Tintagel Castle, this is the perfect place to stay just a 7-8 minute drive away. Highly recommended!
visiting for the funeral of a friend. Staff were welcoming and accommodating of our requirements at such a difficult time and went beyond what was required to make our stay stress free and convenient.
Clean, tidy, and well equipped lodge. Very peaceful place to stay and an amazing location for local attractions. Would definitely stay here again.
