Cleanliness, good communication and location with lots of places to eat and drink around
Everything. So close to many places. Specially to the Cardiff university.
Place is very clean, spacious and cosy. Really like the place.
Very secure with the two code entrances and the apartment was very modern and clean, plenty of space in the kitchen to cook meals and the bathroom and bedroom were also a good size.

The flat definitely has everything you’d need for 2 people and was very clean. We expected it to be nice but were still pleasantly surprised. We had flat 4 and the upstairs kitchen/lounge area was nice.
