perfectly adequate for my needs, an overnight stay for a gig. clean small room, TV, kettle, cupboard space and own bathroom with a bath! bed was comfy enough and the breakfast facilities were excellent! the window was overlooking the air street and was single glazed with additional glazing added but one panel had been removed so there was issues regarding warmth and street noise. a light sleeper would have been kept awake. weirdly there were only two power sockets in the room, one for kettle and one for TV, so if a power socket was needed, you have to unplug one. I was NOT happy that you have to buy WiFi for each individual device. this I found to be a bit of a con. a family staying would have to buy WiFi for multiple devices. I think that really needs to be addressed! apart from that, a nice stay, I would return there for the location.

Hotel was not very good to be honest. Breakfast was not very good. Rooms were run down, hotel needs redecorating. It was tired. Compared to premier inn for same prices, there is a big difference in standard. Hall carpets needed vacuuming.

Location and cost, room good size. Only one pillow, would have been nice to have a second.

Architecture. Nothing.

Hot water ran very fast meaning no time wasted running a bath! About the only positive I can put. 15 min wait to check in, room was tiny, window prison like, only 1 plug socket worked and stuck at the furthert corner of the building to the point I was almost as close to piccadilly station as I was to the reception 5 floors below. Would have liked to have a drink with a friend in the hotel bar around midnight before they got a taxi home, however this was prevented by the hotel security/prison guard and his filth attitude standing at front entrance (mate get a job that don't involve public interaction) your not cut out for it, no non-residents after 12?? There were at least 5 non-residents in the bar when I went in there at 12.15 ALONE - would not board my dog in this place, and for 90 quid a night... they should have built this place on a massive hill!! There certainly saw me coming 0/10 overall. Absolute dive. There's a reason you're the only place with vacancies when everywhere else is fully booked, U DO THE SUMS!!
