Brunswick House was a lovely place to stay as we progressed northwards along the Pennine Way. The room was comfortable and tastefully furnished and we appreciated the biscuits and fruit provided. The location was Perfect and the host was very helpful, doing all he could to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Great location on the Main Street. Nice decor. Excellent breakfast with home made banana bread and delicious fruit. Fridge with fresh milk in the bedroom. Good quality bath robes.
Charming, comfortable, quiet. Good art and old style pottery, white woodwork, cozy. Beatrice Potter would have been right at home.
