Burlington guest house is in a lovely location, with great views over the beach and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The room was a good size and the bed was comfy. The staff were very lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was also really good, again with a beautiful view, just what we needed! We would definitely return!

We stayed here for the annual Ultra Tour of Arran, we didn't really take full advantage of all that was offered as we were out early and remained out for most of the day but we had one morning in the breakfast room were the staff were lovely and the food was delightful. The beach out the front of the hotel is lovely, wasn't the prime location for the race which was based in Brodick but the island as a whole is really easy to get around if you travel by car.

Lovely place in a lovely setting near the beach. Would definitely come back again.

Room was warm and comfortable and the breakfast was great.
