The welcome we received was wonderful and David was able to give advice on where to visit and eat. The rooms were very comfortable with milk and cold water readily available for drinks. The seafront was only a few minutes walk. Old Hunstanton beach was a 15 minute walk away making a great morning circular walk.
A brilliant base location for where we wanted to visit, with Hunstanton itself being ideal for evening meals and late night food if we got back too late from a day out.
The place was spacious, the fridge was especially helpful considering the heat, and it felt like a home away from home :D Great tips from the host too for places to eat out and for walking locally!

We spent 2 nights here for New Years and absolutely loved it! The room was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed and more. The location was great and had an added bonus of parking. We also loved the personal touches in the room and felt that the owners couldn't do enough for us. Very friendly place. We would recommend to anyone wanting to experience the Norfolk coast. Thank you for a lovely stay!
Everything was very clean room had a fridge. Host was freindly , place was close to everything, bathroom was huge, has a dining room with coffee machine, cups, plates, maps available for guests.
