Location and the historic home were top notch. The service and attentiveness were excellent. The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom was boutique modern. The restaurant dinner was very good and the breakfast was excellent.
Staff welcomed us for a very late arrival and put together soup and sandwiches for us! Absolutely lovely people!
Busta House is full of history and character set at a wonderful location on beautiful Shetland. As a mix of old and new it still maintains a welcoming warmth and charm and since it's an old house, a good dose of fun quirkiness. We unfortunately booked one of the last remaining rooms; it did not come with a view and was on the small side, but still comfortable for our short two night stay. The wait staff and food (both dinner and breakfast) were just awesome. We loved all our meals and drinks. I tried all the fish dishes and all were fresh and wonderful. Busta House is a very special and unique place that I look forward to visiting again in the future.
Really comfortable, lovely surroundings and great food.
This was my second stay here. Loved it the first time, loved it the second time. The food is exceptionally good, the staff is excellent, and the whole place feels warm and inviting. It was close to Esha Ness, and it also had trees and beautiful grounds.
