My wife and I were in Otterburn for a wedding so only stayed 1 night. The room was very clean and comfortable.
We were contacted by the owner on our way there to tell us that their hot water system had broken down and if asked we wanted to cancel. As it was only 1 night and we would be out most of the time it wasn't an issue. Nothing much the owner could do especially on a Sunday.
Accommodation, gardens, surroundings and the friendly warm atmosphere from both owner and staff.
Was very welcoming we were at the butterchurn for my nieces wedding lovely b&b would recommend this....
The cleanliness of the room, the lovely breakfast and location for a wedding in the village. The rooms were a good size. Decor was lovely.
Very pleasant and comfortable accommodation. Clean with large, well equipped rooms. Very kind and hospitable staff. good quality breakfast.
