There was no breakfast, but the location was accessible and very easy to navigate
Excellent value for money. top location. clean and quiet.
I'm going to give this property a good rating as the owner actually fixed any issues appropriately and immediately. So you can't say fairer than that. For the price, this is actually somewhere I'd recommend if working in Sunderland.
Nice little kitchen and washing machine which is a lovely addition you don't get with traditional hotels.
Bed was comfy.
It's a quieter area - just away from town so no added noise at weekends etc but at the same time 7 minutes walk to the station. Local businesses all provided nice services and were friendly.
Comfy clean bed, excellent shower.Nice but a bit worn room.
