Located on the seafront at Southend-On-Sea, with views of The Thames Estuary, Camelia Hotel is just one mile from Southend on Sea. It has good food, free Wi-Fi and free parking. The train station is only 5 minutes away and the airport is reachable in less than 15 minutes. London is a 45 minute drive away. The restaurant offers a good variety of fine food with fresh local dishes. A full English breakfast is served daily. The bar has an extensive wine list and guests can enjoy their drink on the patio, which has superb sea views. The bedrooms are colorful and have an private bathroom. They all come with tea/coffee making facilities and many of them have sea views. Suites are also available and feature private lounges, sea views, and a balcony/garden with seating area.

The staff were so helpful and really nice. Made me and the children feel safe and comfortable
Food was lovely. Room was clean but there was a pubic hair on the seat. Restaurant staff were lovely too. Food was delicious.
The location and the room exceed my expectations for the price I paid, it is extremely good value for money combined with a real service focused approach from amazing staff. I will definitely stay at this hotel on any future trip to Essex
