Super nice people that own/run the place. Bus stop right outside the door. Had toast and eggs made for me every morning I wanted it. Other things like cereal and porridge/oatmeal also available. TV in the room with remote and good reception. Fellow guests were very friendly. Allowed me to check out an hour late.
This guest house is a hidden gem. I stayed here for 4 nights for work and it was such a big room, lovely and quiet, despite the main road. The room was large and warm enough and the bed was comfortable. I didn't see any staff due to my movement times but the host contacted me through booking.com about check-in and out and accommodated my requested for a paper receipt.
The location was ideal for me and I was able to park easily in the lane adjacent to the guest house each night. I didn't opt for breakfast options or use wi-fi as I was out and mostly just there to sleep.
The shower was hot and nice towels provided. I definitely feel that I got great value - I will definitely be back here.
Whilst working away this suited me perfect. Good location with comfy bed and private bathroom. Also handy too have access to a microwave in the kitchen. Parking available along the side and back of property.
Our colleagues - Enjoyed Breakfast, Great Location, Rooms very clean and staff very friendly. Would return in the future and would highly recommend.
