The location, charm and the warm welcome and helpfulness of the proprietor Jo.
A lovely little guest house within 5 minutes walk of Alnwick Castle. The host Jo is wonderful, she's full of great ideas and information about the surrounding area which made our time in Alnwick a much richer experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable and free parking too.
