The property was clean spotless and warm and even had tea coffee and milk which was not expected
The checking in was very easy with no fuss and the Xmas tree was a nice touch
Great location with easy walk to Monk Gate and grocery store. We booked Cedar House but 2 days before our arrival were contacted by the host regarding a plumbing problem, so they shifted us to a sister location several houses down the street. My assessment is ultimately of Maple House. Although small, it worked perfectly for my family of 4. Excellent communication with hosts. Never had a problem with on street parking. We found it very quiet. Loved having washing machine and clothes line, but needed a drying rack for rainy days,
Location was stunning. Beautiful walk along the Foss Fairy trail to get to the city centre. House was immaculately clean. Excellent communication with hosts.
