The property was good. There’s one double bed, three single beds, one double sofa and one fold out single bed/ mattress that doubles giant footstool. There wasn’t enough toilet paper nor extra bedding which we would have needed to ask for if we all attended. In the end we were 6 instead of 7 people (then 5) that was just enough space for us. I’d say, max 7 people with 4 sharing beds.
Very clean & comfortable. The room arrangement suited us very well for 2 couples plus a teenager. The location was very good for exploring Bath & easy to get to from the railway station.

Fantastic spacious apartment set over 2 floors. Excellent location and would highly recommend.
Everything. Location, comfort, cleanliness, space. The car park was quite literally across the road.
