Very nice cheap option, room was clean bathroom was clean very nice and worked a treat.
Definitely would recommend to anyone on a budget
We arrived early short trip by taxi from train station. We were welcomed to a beautiful room with en suite in a lovely homely environment. We had a bottle of rose wine left in our fridge and it was exceptionally clean. Beautiful furnishings with a comfy bed, we asked for a fan due to the hot weather and were brought one. There is a lively pub across the road and a store close by. Beautiful garden and fully fitted kitchen We could have used if needed. There were crisps and cereal left in our room with the tea and coffee. We will definitely be back nxt year as it's perfect for Ascot.

Warm, clean singe room which was great for a solo traveller. Welcoming, friendly host. Location with free parking. Little touches like light breakfast and milk in room.
