Laura is super kind, helpful, and fast responding. The place was as advertised, modern, nicely furnished, and designed in a very smart way. It's 10 minutes walking from Aldgate, Whitechapel, and Spitalfields Market, which is great. I am overall very happy with my experience!
The location was great, short stop over - close to train.
It had everything I needed. Communication was very good.
I found the key pickup unnecessarily difficult. You texted stuff that had expired for viewing by the time I got to it. Also, the post code for the property is wrong - it takes you to a place by Shadwell station about half a Km away - that needs changing. Took me a while to find the place because I was misdirected by the postcode. Place itself is lovely. No probs with that. Perhaps Consider an internet-enabled smart plug so you can turn the boiler on/off and deadlock the door (vs burglaries when the place is not in use) that you can operate remotely when clients arrive?
Clean, modern flat, very nice and supportive host! Fast wifi, nice bathroom. A bit chilly at night. Great value.
