The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the location - 3 pubs that do food and shops for groceries only a minute walk away and only a short walk down to the lake shore.
We particularly liked having the space of self catering but having breakfast included at the B and B owned by the same owner , Frances. The breakfast was well cooked, presented well and very hot.

Well furnished and very comfortable flat. Great location in the centre of Coniston and easy to park very near by. Frances was very helpful and gave us lots of guidance on the local area. We had a delicious breakfast the second day that set us up for our travels home.
