The host / owner was extremely helpful and although not intrusive, gave the impression she really wanted us to enjoy our stay. Although small (studio), the apartment was very comfortable for two and well equipped. It met all our needs. It was perfectly prepared for our arrival, being very clean and with the welcome touch of tea, coffee and milk. The location was excellent, being situated a few minutes across the road from York station, with a short pleasant walk into York centre.

Exceptional in every way! Superior! Spacious, beautifully decorated, seemed very new, comfortable, well laid out, great location, security of gated complex. Claire was a great communicator from beginning. nice to arrive and find basic supplies including milk for coffee. Laundry detergent and lovely amenities for spacious bathroom. loved our garden view.
